This villa has it all! Incredible sea views from the living room and kitchen, as well as from the upper terrace. This beautifully modern and recently renovated (2019) fully equipped kitchen has fantastic views of the Mediterranean. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. (Heated pool optional in low season: +200 euros per week). The outdoor area has well-maintained gardens, a cosy barbecue area and many sun loungers to relax by the pool or anywhere else in the garden area. Upon entering the house, the living room is beautifully presented with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea. On the left hand side there is access to a guest toilet. A staircase on the right hand side will take you to the ground floor, where all the spacious rooms are located. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 modern marble bathrooms. The magnificent master bedroom has a double bed and TV and gives you direct access to the terrace for morning tea. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, double vanity, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. All 4 bedrooms have access to the outdoor terrace adjacent to the pool area. From the ground floor terrace, go directly to the well-kept garden, which is divided into several different and cosy levels. You can enjoy the last evenings under the covered dining area while preparing the meal on the barbecue. Further down is a large swimming pool. Overall: a fantastic house for your holidays with your family and/or friends. This villa is located just 35 minutes from Malaga airport and approximately 8 km from the old town of Marbella. Puerto Banus is a 12 minute drive away. There are a number of golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Prices are based on 10 people. Heated pool: additional cost of 200 € / week in cash on arrival. Cot and highchair: We are pleased to organise a cot and highchair for you. The price for one week is 30 euros. For 2 weeks, 50 euros, including sheets. Please ask at the office. The one level villa has 4 bedrooms but with a capacity of 10 sleeps. 3 Bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 bunkbeds . The villa was constructed in the 70-s however the owner has kept the property very well maintained. The garden is really beautiful. The private pool area is located directly south so sunshine from morning to evening can be enjoyed. There are sunbeds at the property. Directly next to the pool there is a covered terrace for those who want to cool down on the lounge sofa or dining table. Air-condition: 1 central unit for entire home WIFI: available for free. BBQ: Gas The direct area of the villa is quiet and family friendly. Within a 3 minute drive you have small shops, bars, variety of restaurants and bars as well as a grand supermarket and late night superstore. Also close to world famous beach club Nikki Beach Marbella. For sport acrobatics you find Aventura Amazonia in the near area, where you can swing between trees and concurring a vertical climbing wall…..Good luck!! This is truly a great family holiday home at an affordable price. The nearest grand shopping centre and Marbella city centre is 10 minutes by car. Marbella is famous for its historical features including the famous Salvador Dali sculptures which are set up amidst beautiful fountains near the lovely sandy beaches. There are wonderful shops, restaurants and bars, and also an old typical Spanish square called "Plaza de las Naranjos". Like other towns in the region, Marbella hosts many festivals all year round. Prices are based on 8 persons. Extra bed/sofa bed: Not possible. Baby cot & high chair: We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30.
