Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Bakery, etc The family apartment is in the 2. floor which has elevator from the underground garage with 2 parking places direct to the apartment. 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms ( one ensuite ) with 130 square meters living area and 30 square meters Terrace. The large Terrace is a high light which give you pure relaxation on outdoor relax lounge and outdoor dining area. The Terrace can be closed with Glas Curtains which is nice to have in low season. A beautiful view to the pool area and tropical garden and part sea view. A Large living and dining area with kable TV , Wifi is next to the very well equipped kitchen mixer, Microwave, Toaster, Dish washer, Washing machine , Dryer, Espresso machine, fresh orange juice press and much more. A well situated apartment with a great selection of beaches, good supermarkets, chemist, local restaurants and approx 30 minute walk along the seafront to old town Marbella. Marbella Holiday Rentals were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful, responded promptly to all queries and very kindly organised transfers to and from the aiport. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a wonderful stay and need to recommend this find. This was 5 star ***** all the way.Daniel met us on arrival. The apartment was in the best location for us, great complex, quiet, 2 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the old town, bike hire around the corner and 15 minute cycle to Puerto Banus. It is very well equipped with absolutely everything needed for our stay. It was spotlessly clean and also has a great terrace.Daniel met us on arrival and was a superb host. He went above and beyond... recommending local eateries and available to answer any questions at all times.We are planning our next visit and can't wait to return!Thanks you for all! Judith K
